CADDO PARISH, LA- Art in the Park, an annual celebration of art and nature, returns in 2021 after a brief hiatus due to COVID-19. Caddo Parish Parks and Recreation Department will host the event at Walter B Jacobs Memorial Nature Park, 8012 Blanchard Furrh Road, Shreveport, LA on Saturday, November 6 from 12:00pm to 4:00pm.
