Recommend Additional Recognition of POW-MIA's

Committee Recommends the addition of a POW-MIA flag to any Parish flagpole where the American flag is flown. The Committee also recommends the inclusion of the language, "Always remember our POW-MIAs," when calling for the Pledge of Allegiance.
