AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND VOLUME II OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE PARISH OF CADDO, AS AMENDED, THE CADDO PARISH UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF ELLERBE ROAD AT THE END OF REDRICK DRIVE, CADDO PARISH, LA., FROM R-1-7, SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, AND TO OTHERWISE PROVIDE WITH RESPECT THERETO
