Application for Purchase of Adjudicated Property

Once you have located a piece of property that is adjudicated for Parish or both Parish and City taxes (not City-only taxes), you will need to fill out an Application for Purchase of Adjudicated Property.

Submit the completed application along with a $300 certified check or money order made payable to the "Parish of Caddo" or "Caddo Parish Commission" to our office on the eighth floor of the Government Plaza building at:

Shreveport, LA 71101

Note: Due to the conditions of Louisiana Act 819, the Parish is unable to allow the donation of adjudicated property. The Procedures for Application lists each step you must take in order to complete the process.

Interested Party

All property to be sold at a Caddo Parish Adjudicated Property sale must be advertised for bid. Properties are listed in the Parish official journal as well as online at the Caddo website. If you are interested in bidding on Adjudicated Property that has been publicly advertised you must fill out and drop-off an intent to bid letter before the notice deadline.
