AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET OF ESTIMATED REVENUES AND EXPENDITURES FOR THE RIVERBOAT FUND AND OIL AND GAS FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,000 TO PROVIDE AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE LOUISIANA ADVOCATES FOR IMMIGRANTS IN DETENTION ASSOCIATED WITH THE HIGHLAND CENTER AND TO OTHERWISE PROVIDE WITH RESPECT THERETO
